Análise hidrológica em Parintins-AM: curva IDF e cotas máximas do rio Amazonas

Abstract

This supervised internship report presents a hydrological analysis in Parintins-AM, focusing on the Intensity-Duration-Frequency Curve and the maximum water levels of the Amazon River. The study, conducted between March and June 2025, aimed to analyze rainfall indices and river levels, with specific objectives including data collection, establishing the rainfall equation (IDF Curve), the relationship between Water Level X Return Period, and technical visits. The results provided an understanding of precipitation patterns and Amazon River water levels in the city, which are essential for water resource management and flood prevention. The experience contributed to technical and professional development, strengthening the integration between theory and practice and preparing for the demands of the engineering job market.
