Estágio supervisionado III – Regência no ensino médio no Centro de Educação de Tempo Integral Calixto Ribeiro (CETI), em São Paulo de Olivença, Amazonas

Abstract

Supervised teaching placements are fundamental to teacher training as they integrate theory and practice within a school setting. The aim of this study was to report on the experiences of Supervised Teaching Practice III, carried out at the Calixto Ribeiro Full-Time Education Centre (CETI) in São Paulo de Olivença (AM) between 4 and 15 May 2026, comprising a total of 20 hours of teaching in the subjects of Biology and Geography to Year 16 classes. The lessons utilised expository-dialogic methodologies, group activities, audiovisual resources and gamification strategies. The content covered the origin of life, biogenesis and abiogenesis, climate change and the preservation of global vegetation. The results demonstrated greater student participation and interest, fostering more meaningful learning. It is concluded that the teaching placement contributed to strengthening the trainee’s academic and professional training, as well as her teaching practice.
