Abstract

This report presents the supervised internship of the Administration Course at UFAM/INC, in the Academic Coordination-Teaching Support Management sector of the Institute of Nature and Culture-UFAM in Benjamin Constant - AM. The internship has a total workload of 300 hours, aiming to integrate the theory learned in the classroom with professional practice, allowing the student to experience the administrative daily life of a higher education institution, participating in various activities inherent to certain disciplines of the course. The activities carried out involved meetings, use of the Canva platform for the elaboration of the Student Handbook, completion of Doc forms for AACC (Academic, Scientific and Cultural Activities), development of videos, and participation in the installation of informative banners in the main hall of the Institution, aiming to improve visual communication and institutional activity. As a result, an improvement in design, communication and professionalism skills fundamental to the training of an administration student was observed.
