Abstract

The purpose of this report is to describe the activities carried out during the 300-hour internship at INPACTAS – the Upper Solimões Social and Environmental Impact Business Incubator, affiliated with the Institute of Nature and Culture (INC) at the Federal University of Amazonas (UFAM). The aim of the internship was to provide practical experience in the management, document organisation and monitoring of incubated and pre-incubated start-ups. During this period, activities were carried out relating to the organisation and management of documents, updating administrative records, monitoring outstanding documentary and contractual matters, communicating with entrepreneurs, supporting calls for proposals, drafting reports and systematising institutional information. In addition, the intern participated in meetings, events and training activities organised by the incubator. The experience contributed to the development of skills related to communication, organisation, planning, teamwork and information management, as well as broadening the understanding of the role of incubators in strengthening innovation and entrepreneurship. Thus, the internship represented an important opportunity to integrate theory and practice, contributing to academic and professional development.
