Resumo
Esse projeto de pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar as estratégias de mulheres empreendedoras
do ramo do artesanato no município de Parintins/AM para a conservação sustentável de sua
vida – de sua autopoiese. Conceitos atuais são propostos nessa pesquisa, como a autopoiese, o
empreendedorismo criativo e a sustentabilidade, tornando-a relevante acadêmica e socialmente.
Como estratégia metodológica essa pesquisa teve como base epistemológica o paradigma
dialético da complexidade sistêmica, proposto por Edgar Morin. Como delineamento foi
utilizado o estudo de múltiplos casos, visto abordarmos uma variedade de sujeitos, mulheres
empreendedoras como realidades distintas tanto no aspecto produtivo como relacional. Foram
realizadas entrevistas, a partir de um roteiro de perguntas, à mulheres empreendedoras, que
tenham como base a criatividade e a valorização da cultura amazônica na produção de sua arte.
Foi utilizada a observação sistemática da organização do trabalho e imagens fotográficas sobre
os produtos, as ações produtivas e a comercialização. A revisão de literatura tendo como
categorias de análise centrais, a autopoiese, empreendedorismo, sustentabilidade, mulheres, foi
desenvolvida durante todo percurso da pesquisa, sendo ela fundamental para compreensão do
fenômeno estudado. Os dados coletados foram analisados tanto na abordagem quantitativa
como qualitativa. No desenvolver dos resultados, a partir dos pensamentos proferidos pelas
mulheres em conjunto aos aportes teóricos, houve o levantamento de dados referentes às
políticas públicas do Estado para o empreendedorismo criativo e sua alcance às empreendedoras
mulheres na cidade de Parintins, a descrição e compreensão da cadeia produtiva no qual estas
desenvolvem seus produtos as estratégias cotidianas para a manutenção de seus viveres. A
pesquisa revela a fragilidade na viabilização das políticas públicas às artesãs, bem como
dificuldades na obtenção de matérias-primas, logística, armazenamento destes insumos, a
sazonalidade de vendas impactando na renda familiar e em seu estado de saúde. Frente a estas
incoerências, estas empreendedoras desenvolvem estratégias para conservação de sua
autopoiese diariamente, no âmbito das inter-relações no ambiente, mantidas entre o ser mulher,
mãe e artesã.
Abstract
That research project has as objective analyzes the entrepreneur women's of the branch of the
craft strategies in the municipal district of Parintins/AM for the maintainable conservation of
his/her autopoiese. Current concepts are proposed in that research, as the autopoiese, the
creative enterprising and the sustainability, turning her relevant academic and socially. As
methodological strategy that research will have as base epistemology the paradigm dialectics
of the systemic complexity, proposed by Edgar Morin. As delineate will be used the study of
multiple cases, visa approach a variety of subjects, enterprising women as different realities so
much in the productive aspect as relational. Conduct interviewed starting from an itinerary of
questions enterprising women, that you/they have as base the creativity and the valorization of
the Amazonian culture in the production of his/her art. They are still used systematic
observation of the organization of work and photographic images about the products, the
productive actions and the commercialization. The literature revision tends as central analysis
categories, the autopoiese, enterpris, sustainability, women, it was developed during every
course of the research, being her fundamental for understanding of the studied phenomenon.
The collected data were analyzed so much in the quantitative approach as qualitative. In
developing of the results, starting from the thought uttered by the women together to the
theoretical contributions, there was the rising of data regarding the public politics of the State
for the creative enterprises and his/her reach to the entrepreneurs women in the city of Parintins,
the description and understanding of the productive chain in which these develop their products
the daily strategies for the maintenance of yours live. The research reveals the fragility in the
to make possible of the public politics to the artisans, as well as difficulties in the obtaining of
raw materials, logistics, storage of these inputs, the seasonal variation of sales impact in the
family income, health. Front the these incoherences, these enterprising ones develop strategies
daily for conservation of his/her autopoiese, in the extent of the interrelations in the atmosphere,
maintained among the being woman, mother and artisan.
