Mulheres da FETAGRI/AM e a Marcha das Margaridas: desafios, paridade de gênero, trabalho e formação sindical

Abstract

This research has os its object of investigation; the challenges faced to propel the training of unionized women farmers and the struggle for gender parity, in the work of family farming and in the management positions of FETAGRI/AM and its affiliated unions. The general objective is to analyze the challenges and overcoming of women unionized at FETAGRI/AM, with regard to the training and gender parity in the work of family farming and in the management positions of the federation and its affiliated unions, based on the documents of CONTAG, FETAGRI/AM, ENFOC and the notebooks of the March of the Daisies, which engenders three guiding questions, which are: a) How social relations and material conditions have shaped the challenges faced by women in the work of family farming and in the coordination spaces of FETAGRI/AM and its unions; b) How is the critical development related to gender parity and class struggles evidenced in the documents and materials of the CONTAG Training School, and in the notebooks of the March of the Daisies; c) How the issue of gender parity is treated in the political-union training course and in the leadership positions of the unions of rural workers and family farmers in the state of Amazonas, based on the documents of CONTAG and FETAGRI/AM. The research cycle is organized as follows: 1) Epistemological basis: Dialectical Historical Materialism; 2) Nature of the research: Basic; 3) Research approach: Qual/Quanti; 4) Field of research: FETAGRI/AM and its unions, as well as institutions linked to them, such as CONTAG and ENFOC; 5) Research subjects: Unionized farmers; 6) Data collection instrument: Bibliographic and documentary, using materials available from previous research, in the form of articles, books, dissertations, theses, newspaper articles, documentaries, documents provided by FETAGRI/AM; and available on the ENFOC and CONTAG platforms, with a time frame from 2007 to 2026; 7) Document organization tool: The use of the contents and continents present in Bardin's (2020) content analysis; 8) Data analysis: 3 categories of dialectical historical materialism are mainly used, which are: contradiction, totality and hegemony. In conclusion, this research is of paramount importance, as it gives visibility to unionized rural women workers, who have historically been marginalized.Esta investigación tiene como objeto de investigación; los desafíos que afrontan para impulsar la formación de mujeres agricultoras sindicalizadas y la lucha por la paridad de género, en el trabajo de la agricultura familiar y en los puestos directivos de FETAGRI/AM y sus sindicatos afiliados. El objetivo general es analizar los desafíos y la superación de las mujeres sindicalizadas en FETAGRI/AM, en lo que respecta a la formación y la paridad de género en el trabajo de la agricultura familiar y en los puestos directivos de la federación y sus sindicatos afiliados, basándose en los documentos de CONTAG, FETAGRI/AM, ENFOC y los cuadernos de la Marcha de las Margaritas, que plantean tres preguntas orientadoras, que son: a) Cómo las relaciones sociales y las condiciones materiales han moldeado los desafíos que enfrentan las mujeres en el trabajo de la agricultura familiar y en los espacios de coordinación de FETAGRI/AM y sus sindicatos; b) Cómo se evidencia el desarrollo crítico relacionado con la paridad de género y las luchas de clases en los documentos y materiales de la Escuela de Formación CONTAG, y en los cuadernos de la Marcha de las Margaritas; c) Cómo se trata la cuestión de la paridad de género en el curso de formación político-sindical y en los puestos de liderazgo de los sindicatos de trabajadores rurales y agricultores familiares en el estado de Amazonas, basándose en los documentos de CONTAG y FETAGRI/AM. El ciclo de investigación se organiza de la siguiente manera: 1) Base epistemológica: Materialismo Histórico Dialéctico; 2) Naturaleza de la investigación: Básica; 3) Enfoque de investigación: Qual/Quanti; 4) Campo de investigación: FETAGRI/AM y sus sindicatos, así como instituciones vinculadas a ellos, como CONTAG y ENFOC; 5) Sujetos de investigación: agricultores sindicalizados; 6) Instrumento de recogida de datos: bibliográfico y documental, utilizando materiales disponibles de investigaciones previas, en forma de artículos, libros, tesis, tesis, artículos periodísticos, documentales y documentos proporcionados por FETAGRI/AM; y disponible en las plataformas ENFOC y CONTAG, con un marco de 2007 a 2026; 7) Herramienta de organización documental: El uso de los contenidos y continentes presentes en el análisis de contenidos de Bardin (2020); 8) Análisis de datos: se utilizan principalmente 3 categorías de materialismo histórico dialéctico: contradicción, totalidad y hegemonía. En conclusión, esta investigación es de suma importancia, ya que da visibilidad a las trabajadoras rurales sindicalizadas, que históricamente han sido marginadas.
