Construção de curso online sobre sutura simples para enfermeiros no contexto rural amazônico

Abstract

Educational Technologies (ET) have become important instruments that support reflections on new forms of education, acting as facilitators of the educational process. The use of technologies as a teaching tool has become increasingly evident. These devices present themselves as resources that mediate the teaching-learning process. The objective of this study is to construct an online course on simple suturing for nurses working in the Amazonian context. This is a methodological study that was carried out in two stages: the exploratory stage, which consists of conducting a narrative literature review, and the stage of developing the course structure. The results of this study are presented in the construction of two products: Product 1 – This is a scientific article of Narrative Literature Review (NLR), Product 2 – This is a scientific article on the construction of the online course structure, Product 3 – This is the course syllabus, and Product 4 – This is the course support content. This study achieved its objective of constructing the structure of an online course on simple suturing aimed at nurses working in the Amazonian context. The research highlighted the need for specific technical training, considering the geographical and structural particularities of the region. The proposed course is configured as an innovative educational technology, capable of filling training gaps and strengthening professional autonomy in primary care. The methodological construction based on a narrative literature review ensured scientific support and contextualization to the real demands of the Amazonian territory. Finally, the need for validation of the course by specialists in the area is highlighted, in order to ensure its applicability and effectiveness in the daily work of nurses, guaranteeing that the content fully meets the training and care demands of the profession.
