Cadernos da Inovação no Alto Solimões: Planejamento Estratégico da INPACTAS

Abstract

Technical report presenting the 2024–2025 strategic plan of INPACTAS, the Socio-environmental Impact Business Incubator of the Upper Solimões, hosted at INC/UFAM in Benjamin Constant, Amazonas, Brazil. Drawing on Kotler (1975) and Drucker (1984), it frames strategic planning as a management tool that aligns institutional mission, organisational goals and external challenges, and argues why this is especially critical for incubators operating in socio-environmentally complex territories such as the Amazon. It sets out the strategic path to consolidate the incubator as an innovation habitat integrating teaching, research, outreach and socio-environmental impact at the triple border between Brazil, Peru and Colombia.
