Desenvolvimento e compatibilização de projetos hidrossanitários com aplicação da Tecnologia BIM

Abstract

This report presents the activities carried out during the supervised internship at Aragão e Teixeira Engenharia, conducted from April 17 to June 11, 2025, totaling 180 hours. The work was developed under the technical supervision of Civil Engineer Rômulo Mota Teixeira and academic guidance of Professor Dr. Lilyanne Rocha Garcez. The internship focused on the development of plumbing and sanitary projects in a BIM environment, using Autodesk Revit® software. Throughout the period, the intern engaged in practical tasks involving threedimensional modeling, technical detailing, multidisciplinary coordination, and preparation of technical documentation for sanitary sewage, cold and hot water supply, and rainwater drainage systems. The use of the BIM methodology provided greater accuracy, improved project integration, and optimized quantity takeoffs. This experience contributed significantly to the development of technical skills and the application of practical knowledge in sanitary design, reinforcing the academic background in Civil Engineering.
