Desenvolvimento de um protótipo de aplicativo móvel para Enfermeiro da atenção básica sobre cuidado domiciliar ao idoso após acidente vascular encefálico no contexto amazônico

Abstract

Introduction: mobile technologies have gained prominence over the years, mainly associated with the need for disease prevention, health promotion, treatment and rehabilitation of individuals due to the emergence of disabilities from chronic diseases. In this context, mobile applications can facilitate and optimize the care process for health professionals, since these technological resources include a series of functionalities and elements. It is important to mention that these tools are capable of supporting nurses in their clinical and educational practices, with a specific focus on the health of elderly people after strokes. Objective: to develop a prototype mobile application for primary care nurses on home care for the elderly after a stroke in the municipality of Coari, Amazonas. Method: This is a methodological study, in the form of technological production for the construction of a mobile application prototype based on the principles of software engineering proposed by Sommerville (2018) and on the theoretical assumptions of Dorothea Orem's Nursing Systems Theory Based on this, the research was divided into three stages: In the first stage, a scoping review was carried out to map the content of the technology, the second stage referred to a qualitative survey with 18 nurses in primary care in the municipality of Coari, Amazonas, using a semi-structured script and the last stage was guided by the development of the prototype, which followed the following steps, according to Sommerville: objective of the prototype (prototyping plan), functionalities of the prototype (general definition) and the construction of the prototype itself. Results: As results of this study, four manuscripts were developed, the first the protocol of a scoping review, the second of the scoping review, the third coming from the qualitative study and the last regarding the creation of the prototype. Conclusion: In view of the above, it was possible to verify the relevance of mobile applications to support nurses' assistance to elderly people after strokes. The results of this study are subsidies that strengthen knowledge in the field of nursing research, as well as reinforcing the need for more robust research on the subject
