The supervised internship is an essential stage in the formation of the Bachelor of Business Administration, as it enables the practical application of the knowledge acquired in the classroom. The practical experience allows a real understanding of the functioning of administrative and technical sectors, strengthening learning and the development of professional competencies. This report aims to describe the experiences gained during the 300-hour supervised internship carried out at the Neuma Jean Marques Library, part of the Institute of Nature and Culture (INC/UFAM), located in the municipality of Benjamin Constant – AM, Brazil. The internship was conducted in the afternoon shift, from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., between August 12 and November 6, 2025, totaling 300 hours divided into three stages of 100 hours each. The main activities involved administrative and technical practices, such as public service, user registration and renewal in the Pergamum System, organization and restoration of the library collection, data systematization in electronic spreadsheets, and the lending of computers for academic use. These activities contributed to the improvement of communication and organizational skills and the use of digital tools such as Pergamum and Excel. The experience strengthened competencies in information management, administrative efficiency, and teamwork, as well as broadened the understanding of the administrator’s role. It is concluded that the supervised internship was a decisive experience for academic and professional development, enabling the application of theory in practice, the development of autonomy, and the consolidation of ethical and organizational commitment.
