Estágio supervisionado de engenharia civil na PAIM Construtora Ltda

Abstract

The supervised internship is a fundamental stage in the education of civil engineers, as it enables the application of the knowledge acquired throughout the undergraduate program to real professional situations. This report presents the activities carried out during the internship at PAIM Construtora Ltda., located in Manaus, Amazonas, Brazil, from April to May 2026. The activities focused on the analysis of architectural, structural, and hydraulic and sanitary engineering projects, the coordination of technical documents, the preparation of photographic re-ports, and the monitoring of construction works, including the construction of the Courthouse of the District of Nhamundá, Amazonas, and the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) of the Indigenous Health Care House of Manaus (CASAI Manaus). The internship experience contributed to the de-velopment of technical and professional skills related to construction planning, critical project analysis, technical communication, and construction site supervision.
