Cadernos da Inovação no Alto Solimões: Plano de Execução Técnica APROCAM

Abstract

Technical report presenting the Technical Execution Plan (Service Delivery Plan) for APROCAM, the Association of Brazil-Nut Producers and Processors of Amaturá, in the Upper Solimões, Amazonas, Brazil. It builds on the findings of the Business Maturity Diagnosis (Product 8) and the Detailed Prognosis and Action Plan (Product 9), which identified limitations in tax and sanitary compliance, administrative organisation, workforce technical qualification, technological adequacy and access to formal, higher value-added markets. The plan sets out structured technical assistance, training and organisational support actions aimed at strengthening the association institutionally, upgrading its production processes and meeting the regulatory, productive and market demands identified.
