Abstract

This Final Report corresponds to the completion of the Mandatory Supervised Internship for the Bachelor's Degree in Administration at the Federal University of Amazonas (UFAM), totalling 300 hours of practical activities carried out at the Institute for Sustainable Agricultural and Forestry Development of the State of Amazonas (IDAM), Benjamin Constant unit – AM. The internship was divided into three stages of 100 hours each, carried out between August and November 2025, covering administrative activities, customer service, and technical support in actions focused on the primary sector. During this period, tasks included issuing and renewing producer licences, monitoring fishing financing processes, organising and digitising documents, preparing spreadsheets and participating in field activities, such as registering and delivering water filters in rural communities. These experiences allowed me to apply the theoretical knowledge acquired throughout my undergraduate studies, strengthening skills such as organisation, communication, planning, and social responsibility. The internship at IDAM consolidated my learning about public management and the strategic role of administration in sustainable rural development, highlighting the importance of the administrator as an agent of social transformation in the Amazon.
