Abstract

Technical report consolidating INPACTAS' Service Charter, a transparency and guidance instrument that systematically compiles the services, benefits and opportunities offered by the incubator. It serves as a guide for resident and non-resident startups, ensuring access to information on stages, possibilities and available support. The document frames service charters as established practice in incubators and innovation ecosystems (Raupp and Beuren, 2011; Deyanova et al., 2022) and records INPACTAS' commitment to democratising access to essential resources, bringing clarity to interactions with entrepreneurs, partners and institutions, and strengthening the socio-environmental impact ecosystem of the Upper Solimões.
