Construção de manual sobre orientações de prevenção e controle da hipertensão arterial sistêmica para enfermeiros que atuam com populações ribeirinhas da Amazônia

Resumo

Objective: To develop a manual on guidelines for the prevention and control of systemic arterial hypertension for nurses who work with riverside populations in the Amazon. Method: Exploratory-methodological study to develop an Educational Technology (ET) in the form of a Manual. This study targeted nurses who work in assisting riverside populations in the municipality of Coari-Amazonas and was developed in two stages: Stage 1: Situational diagnosis through a focus group with nurses. The focus group was attended by 9 nurses, who signed the Free and Informed Consent Form and answered questions regarding the role of nursing in systemic arterial hypertension when assisting riverside patients. The analysis of the data obtained in the focus group was performed using the IRaMuTeQ software, in which 3 different types of analysis were used, namely: Descending Hierarchical Classification (CHD), word cloud and similarity analysis, which are graphically organized according to the frequency of the words. Stage 2: Construction of educational technology. In this stage, a bibliographic survey of the theme, content selection, illustration selection and layout were carried out. Results: After analyzing the nurses' statements, the occurrence of 102 text segments was found, which were divided into 6 different classes, namely: Class 1 (Red), containing 32/102 ST (31,37%); Class 2 (Gray), with 44/102 ST (43,14%); Class 3 (Green), with 4/102 ST (3,92%;) Class 4 (Swimming Pool Blue), with 13/102 ST (12,75%); Class 5 (Dark Blue), with 5/102 ST (4,9%); Class 6 (Lilac), with 4/102 ST. Based on this analysis, the classes were renamed according to the meaning obtained in each group of words following the object of the study. Finally, a manuscript entitled “Construction of an educational technology on nursing care for hypertensive riverside residents” was developed, which covers the entire process of developing the manual. Final considerations: The ET for nurses who work in care for riverside populations will be of great value during the care practice of these professionals, as it will guide these professionals in decision-making during consultations with hypertensive riverside patients.
