Desenvolvimento de um guia digital interativo para consulta de enfermagem à pessoa idosa indígena Sateré-Mawé

Resumo

Introduction: indigenous population aging in Brazil, driven by improved access to health services, establishes new challenges for intercultural nursing. The demographic and epidemiological transition requires care tools that overcome the biomedical model and integrate the cultural complexity and ancestral seniority of indigenous peoples. In the Amazonian context, the lack of protocols aimed at the older Sateré-Mawé adult reinforces the urgency of technologies that qualify nursing consultations in primary care. Objective: to develop an interactive digital guide for nursing consultation for the indigenous older Sateré-Mawé adult. Method: this is a technological production study, grounded in Instructional Design through the ADDIE model, limited to the analysis, design and development stages. The methodological process occurred in two stages. The first encompassed an integrative literature review to support the technical content. The second consisted of the construction of the digital guide on the Canva and Articulate Storyline 360 platforms, with the support of artificial intelligence models for the composition of ethnic iconography. Results: the review highlighted the absence of specific protocols for the indigenous older adult. From this gap and the author's care experience as a nurse from the Sateré-Mawé people, the final product was developed. This light-hard technology is composed of 16 pages, with specific themes for each block, which articulate narrative simulations, bilingual dialogues and practical cases of transcultural mediation. The guide integrates elements of local cosmology, such as the Porantim and the tucandeira ritual, to promote the translation of scientific knowledge into situated practical skills. Final considerations: the study materializes a strategic response to the care gap in the Amazon territory and strengthens nursing autonomy. The tool consolidades a new paradigm for care systematization through the recognition of the elder as the center of community wisdom and the promotion of cognitive justice in indigenous health services. Product: Interactive Digital Guide for Nursing Consultation for the Indigenous Older Sateré-Mawé Adult.
